Current Open Positions

Junior Drafting Technician (Residential)

Intermediate Interior Designer

Our culture is built on three key values that form the base of who we are and how we serve our clients:

Be a Team Player

– Treat others as we would want them to treat us.
– See the best in people and hold them in high regard. Be kind.
– Practice open, honest and respectful communication.
– Forgive and forget.
– Have each other’s backs and be there for one another.
– Be team-focused instead of self-focused.

Stay Hungry

– Be self-motivated.
– Keep improving, always striving to be better than we were yesterday.
– Find excitement in completing things.
– Be willing to tackle the impossible.

We Pursue Excellence

– We never settle for good when great is within reach.
– We see excellence as a process journey marked by high intentions, sincere efforts, and skillful execution.
– We are attitude architects who see excellence as a mindset, not as a set of skills.
– We always aim to wow our clients, team and vendors; we go above and beyond.

Su Casa is Expanding

We are excited that we continue to grow in all areas of our company as we look to make a lasting positive impact on people.

If you have similar values and a drive to make a difference in people’s lives, all while producing the best design experience—coupled with the talent we are looking for—please contact us. We’d love to meet you!
